Cancelling a cash order is relatively straight forward

Cancelling a Cash Order

1. Bring up the order in question
   
2. If there is more than one walk booked on this order and you aren’t cancelling all of them then
   stop following these instructions and go to void an item.
3. Double check it is a cash payment
   
4. Click in Order Placed to see the options and select Cancelled Before Payment to cancel the order
   
5. click Change status to confirm the change
   
6. The Order Status History is automatically updated
